Follow this tutorial to have your monthly expense statements emailed to you.

Step 1

Log in to the Self Service website.

(A user guide is available online.)

Step 2

Select Service Requests from the top menu bar.

Step 3

Select Data Access Authorization.

Step 4

Fill out all required information and click Submit.

Step 5

The system will generate an approval email for the approver you identified in the Service Request.

Step 6

Once all information is verified and University IT has granted you access, you will be contacted confirming you will receive monthly statement emails.
