Maintenance Start Date & Time: 07/10/2024 9:00 PM

Duration: 2 hrs.

Description: On Wednesday, July 10th beginning at 9:00 PM; University Information Technology will be upgrading software on the Corporate Woods Telephone System. During the maintenance, there will be a 7–10-minute interval where voice services will be affected. The actual time when calls are restricted will be limited to the time needed for the network to recognize and respond to the new software.

Our IT Operations Center will be staffed during this maintenance to provide a consistent level of in-field communication to critical users.

If you manage a 24-hour service area at Corporate Woods and have an Emergency Backup Phone, please inform your staff working during this period about the scheduled maintenance.

** Upon completion of this upgrade, staff that use a headset will need to re-activate the headset button on the telephone; departments with active users on ACD (automatic call distribution) prior to the upgrade will need to log back in to their ACD group.
