In August 2020, the URMC Office 265 environment was merged with the University’s Microsoft service.  Licensed users prior to 8/24/20 have access to the new merged environment and should migrate all old content by October 16, 2020.  If assistance is needed, please contact the ISD Help Desk at (585-275-3200) or HelpDesk_ISD@urmc.rochester.edu.
