Your Employee ID (also known as your EMPLID) is a six-digit number used to identify you as a University employee. You can locate your Employee ID on your pay stub, as shown in red below.
If you no longer have a copy of a pay stub, or you were hired after July 1, 2004, contact your supervisor or departmental timekeeper who can look up your Employee ID in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
