I get a login error when clicking a document link from OASIS, Workday, or All Scripts.
There are several factors that could be causing this error:
- Are you connected to the UR network (if you are working remotely, you will need to connect to a VPN)?
- Are the Internet Options on your machine configured correctly? (If not, contact the UnivIT Helpdesk and ask them to configure your machine as per the instructions here).
- Are you part of an OnBase AD Security Group?
- If you are new to a department or you haven’t used OnBase in over 1 year or more, it is possible that your UR or URMC AD Account needs to be added to the appropriate AD Security group. If you are unsure about your OnBase permissions, contact your OnBase Department Leads, who are usually the staff that participate in your Department’s Desktop / IT Support.
I need OnBase Unity Client or Thick Client Installed
UnivIT OnBase Software Installation Requests should be sent to the Helpdesk (at 585-275-2000 or email univithelp@rochester.edu) by OnBase Department Leads that include the User Contact Information, OnBase Workstation Name, and Software client requested:
- User Contact Name
- User Workstation Name
- Univ IT OnBase Software requested
