Change App Power Monitor Settings on Android Phones

Follow the instructions below to change the app power monitor settings on Android phones. Please note: Not all Androids are identical in menu layout, however, the basic choices are the same.

Step 1

Go to SETTINGS. 

*On the Samsung Galaxy, it’s under Device Maintenance

 

Step 2

Select BATTERY.

 

Step 3

Scroll past “App Power Monitor” and select UNMONITORED APPS.

 

   

Step 4

Click + ADD APPS.

Select SPOK MOBILE.

Click DONE.
