Remove University Exchange Account from Device

In order to register for mobile device management, you must first remove your University Exchange email account from your device.

Android

  1. Click on the Settings icon
  2. Select Accounts & Sync
  3. Select the Exchange account and click Remove Account.

iOS

  1. Click on the Settings Icon
  2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Select the Exchange account and click Delete Account

Windows Mobile

  1. Click on the Settings icon
  2. Select email+accounts
  3. Select the Exchange account and tap the “X” to delete the account
