Dedoose is a web-based research platform designed for qualitative and mixed-methods research. It provides tools for organizing, coding, analyzing, and visualizing research data, allowing users to work with text, documents, images, audio, video, and quantitative data within a single environment.

How To Get A Copy
Step 1: Activate your account
If you have already activated your UR site license, you can skip this step.
Please fill out this brief onboarding form using either your @urmc.rochester.edu or @ur.rochester.edu email address.
If you currently have a Dedoose account associated with a personal email address (for example, @gmail.com) or another agreement that is not the site license, you should still fill out the above onboarding form, but you may need to contact Dedoose at premiumsupport@dedoose.com to request any existing content be transferred to your institutional account.
Step 2: Download and Log In
Download the Dedoose application and log in using your institutional email address or username. You will be redirected to the University’s Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication system to complete the login.
