Description: Upgrade of HEAT SQL Databases from SQL 2008 to SQL 2014
On Thursday, November 30th, Administrators will be upgrading the HEAT Call Logging Database from SQL 2008 to SQL 2014. During the maintenance window, Call Logging Web Portal, HEAT Self Service (IT Service Requests), and Call Logging will be unavailable.

To University IT (HEAT CLIENT USERS)
As part of the SQL Upgrade, we will be using SCCM to delete a Cache file. The system should show that it is building the catalog and take a few extra seconds to load.

If you get an error logging in, perform the following steps:
1. In your file explorer, turn on hidden files
2. Go to C:/Program Data/FrontRange Solutions/HEAT/Cache
3. Delete the HEAT_Prod_97.HFW file
4. Log into Call Logging again
