University IT administrators have recently deprovisioned a user from the University’s enterprise Box account. You have been identified as a manager of the user and therefore have the following options available regarding the content they owned:

  1. Take no action and let the files automatically delete. Warning: If there are any files or folders that are shared to other users, those users will lose access to the content
  2. Submit a Digital Content Request to gain access to the content. Everything the user owned would be transferred to your Box account in a folder labeled with the user’s name.
  3. If you do not feel you were the appropriate contact regarding this, please either contact the help desk or forward this message to who you do believe would be correct
    Please note: The IT Help Desk cannot tell you the contents of the files & folders without Digital Content Request approval.
