Delegated grading allows you to assign submissions of certain students to anyone within your course with a role that allows grading (instructor, TA, grader). Options include random assignment of students to graders, manual assignment, or assignment of user groups to a grader.

Things to know about delegated grading:

  1. Each delegated grader will still see the entire Grade Center.
  2. Once the delegated graders have submitted their grades and comments, the grade is not committed until the grades are “reconciled” by someone with reconciliation rights.
  3. The delegation of graders has to be set up with each assignment.
