University IT has converted to a new expense management system that reflects the new UR Financials chart of accounts. All existing charges, as of the end of December 2014, were moved to the new system. The new system allows us to send you reports via email when the month closes.
- Monthly statements are emailed directly to authorized users when the month closes
- Previous month, current month, and year-to-date totals are presented for each FAO and Memo (description of service)
- Sortable views with drill-down detail to the individual charge level
- Each view can be downloaded to Excel for easy auditing
- Statements can be archived in your email and accessed months later
