Loan Details:

  • Pick up: Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm at the IT Center at Rush Rhees Library Rm G-111A
  • Return: By 4pm at the IT Center on the last day of the 3 day loan period
  • Once reserved, we hold items for 4 hours after the initial pickup time

Make a reservation:

  • The IT Center will be doing all equipment loans through reservations for the remainder of the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semester. To reserve an item, please email itcenterhelpdesk@ur.rochester.edu with your NetID, phone number, and item pickup time (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) or call 585-275-2000 option 1. Loaner item availability can be found here.
  • Faculty/Staff: If a longer reservation period than 3 days is required, please contact your IT support liaison.
