The spring semester test of AlertUR, the University’s emergency notification system, will occur on Thursday, February 27 at 5:45 p.m. The purpose of the semiannual test is to activate the AlertUR system and check that it is working effectively. In the event of an emergency, alerts are sent by voice, text, or email message.

All members of the University community are encouraged to go to www.rochester.edu/alertur prior to the test to review and update their contact information.
