BioRender Updates: New Graphing Solution Available; Classic Graph Retiring August 20

URochester Research Community:

BioRender Graph (Classic Version) is being retired on August 20, 2026. However, the University of Rochester has secured the new BioRender Graphing seats at no cost to you. If you’ve been using BioRender’s classic Graph for your data analysis and visualization, BioRender Graphing is the next step, and it’s a significant upgrade.

A few things that set it apart:

  • Drag and drop your existing CSV, Excel, or Prism files
  • Built-in statistical pre-tests recommend the right test for your data, with explanations
  • Outliers are flagged automatically and can be excluded in one click
  • Live-edit graphs with no pop-ups, and refresh them in PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Cloud-based with real-time collaboration
  • Your graphs stay visually consistent with your BioRender figures in one workspace

BioRender’s classic Graph is being retired on August 20, 2026. Your classic Graph files will remain accessible until then, but they will not transfer automatically to BioRender Graphing. You will need to export your data and re-upload it. Instructions can be found here.
