Smartsheet is an intuitive cloud-based application offering lightweight project and task management features that are great for individuals and small groups. Additionally, Smartsheet has simple-to-use functionality that utilizes a spreadsheet-based interface to capture and display action items, budgets, inventory, and more with a variety of reporting and display features.
The University has signed an enterprise agreement with Smartsheet. This agreement provides enterprise-wide access to the service(s), ensures data compliance, and outlines party responsibilities through a Business Associate Agreement. The agreement includes additional features and functionality of the solution and will streamline service licensing and support. The Smartsheet annual fee is $450/user. The annual license renews in November, prorated pricing is available.
