University IT systems administrators are retiring the University’s SharePoint 2016 environment. On August 5, 2026, this environment will be permanently decommissioned.

Once maintenance occurs, all sites and content remaining in this environment will be inaccessible. Hyperlinks to content hosted in the legacy SharePoint 2016 environment will no longer work.

While University IT has been working directly with site owners to migrate active content to the new environment – SharePoint Online, please take the following steps prior to August 5: If you still have content stored in the following SharePoint site collections, we recommend you download the content prior to August 5th. If you rely on hyperlinks to content stored in these site collections, please update your links to reference the new locations.
