Upgrade Information:
Hyland requires users to upgrade OnBase versions every 2 years.
The UnivIT ONBase Upgrade process involves:
- Communicating upcoming upgrades, allowing time for proper coordination with departments for testing.
- We provide departments with a test plan, schedule guided meetings for testing, and obtain department sign-off for all Department testing
- OnBase Department Contacts can contact UnivIT OnBase support if you need access to test results or to add & remove testers from the list of test contacts.
- Scheduling blackout windows to perform upgrades.
- Communicating when upgrades are complete, and users can perform document checkouts, etc., in production.
