Once you have viewed a secure email, you can reply to the originator, securely. These steps demonstrate how to reply via the Zero Download Messenger.
Step 1
Click Reply, Reply All, or Forward.
Step 2
In the new compose window, draft your message. If permitted, you may also upload attachments to be sent securely to your recipients.
Step 3
Once done, click the Send button. Your email will automatically be secured and sent.
