If you do not have a UR ID (i.e., are a contract employee) to log into the MyIdentity portal and want to receive email on your phone, you will need to have your Supervisor/Sponsor contact the IT Help Desk to have this enabled.
Required Information
- Contract employee name
- Phone number of device
- Device type (phone, tablet) and operating system (Android, iOS)
- Supervisor/sponsor approval
