Follow steps below to extend a "Request Valid Through" Date That is "Waiting for Guest" to Complete Their PII (Personal Identifying Information). A guest has two weeks after sponsorship to complete their information before the request will time out. The "Request Valid Through" date can be found on the guest's detail screen at the bottom left corner. If additional time is needed, a sponsor has the ability to extend a request without having to fill out the information again.
Log into the Guest Account System with your NetID and password.
Click the guest that for which you would like to extend the request.
Click the “Resend Email” button.
- The “Request Valid Through” date will update to two weeks from today.
- You and the guest (if email address provided) will receive an email with a link to a form that the guest will need to complete. Upon completion, the account will be created and you will receive an email with a list of the accounts created and next steps. An additional informational email will be sent to your manager about the sponsorship.
