University of Rochester Box users can collaborate with external users. External users must have their own box accounts outside of the University’s Box site. If a user does not have a Box Account, they can create a free account.
Step 1
If a Box user invited you via email:
- Open the email invitation
- Click on the link
- Skip to Step 4
Step 2
If you are signing up without an invitation:
- Navigate to the Box homepage
- Click the Sign Up button
Step 3
Select Sign Up Now for a free personal account.
Step 4
Create your box account by entering all necessary information.
