A guest has two weeks after sponsorship to complete their information before the request will time out. A sponsor has the ability to re-issue a request without having to fill out the information again.

Step 1

Log in to the Guest Account System with your NetID and password.

Step 2

Click the guest that you would like to re-issue.

Step 3

Click the “Resend Email” button.

  • The “Request Valid Through” date will update to two weeks from today.
  • You and the guest (if email address provided) will receive an email with a link to a form that the guest will need to complete. Upon completion, the account will be created and you will receive an email with a list of the accounts created and next steps. An additional informational email will be sent to your manager about the sponsorship.
