Step 1

Log into the Guest Account System with your NetID and password.

Step 2

Click the guest that you would like to renew.

Step 3

Click the “Reactivate” button on the guest’s details screen

Step 4

Update the expiration date on the “Set a new expiration date” pop-up box  and click “Reactivate“.

Step 5

The guests details screen will now show the updated expiration date.
