You must remove your University email account from your device before registering under mobile device management. Follow the steps in this tutorial.
Step 1
Log in to the myIdentity portal.
Step 2
Click “Request Account”
Step 3
Click “Mobile Device Registration”
Step 4
Enter your information and click “Request Account”. You will receive an email confirmation.
Step 5
Click the link in the verification email you received after registering your device for your appropriate instructions.
Some users in “high risk” areas are required to be managed with a Mobile Device Management application and will receive different instructions when they register their mobile devices.
