Step 1

Open the main settings page of Android OS.

Step 2

Scroll down and find “Accounts” or “Accounts & sync”.

Step 3

Locate the title of your University Exchange email account and tap on it.

Step 4

Tap your email address.

Step 5

Tap the options menu (three dots on top right).

Step 6

Tap on “Remove” or “Remove account”.

Step 7

After confirmation, your University Exchange email account will be removed.
