Step 1

Log into the Guest Account System with your NetID and password.

Step 2

By default 10 of your previous guest requests will load after logging into the system.  The number of entries can be changed by clicking and changing the “Show entries” dropdown box.

Step 3

Guests can be sorted by the following categories or filtered by the following criteria:

  1. Name
  2. Request Valid Through
  3. Expiration Date
  4. Request Reason
  5. Status

All All past and present guest relationships submitted by this sponsor.
Waiting for Guest The guest has not responded to the request and provided their personal information.
Timed Out The guest did not respond to the request and provide their personal information in the time allotted
Waiting for Identity Resolution The guest has submitted their personal information, but has not been tied to an identity yet.
Active The guest has an active relationship with this sponsor
Expired The guest had an active relationship with this sponsor, but the account has reached the end date input by the sponsor

Step 4

Individual guests can be found by using the following search fields at the top of the interface and clicking “Submit”:

  1. Name
  2. URID
