Doris Ludek is the Director of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) at the University of Rochester. She oversees systems related to HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Reporting, Scheduling, and Absence Management, using Workday, UKG, and Cornerstone platforms. She leads a team of 18 leaders, analysts, and architects in a hybrid and collaborative environment.
The HRIS team was recognized in 2017 with the University’s Meliora award for outstanding achievements.
Doris joined the University of Rochester in 2004. Previously, she held technical, consulting, and leadership roles at General Motors, IBM, Frontier, and Global Crossing.
Doris earned an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business.
