This form is for University of Rochester employees to request a new WordPress website. All websites approved through this process are University property and must follow all University policies, standards, and guidelines. A successful website starts with strategy and planning. Before reaching out to request a website, there are many factors to consider: business rationale and objectives, strategic priorities, scope, available resources to support and maintain the website for its lifecycle, and long-term governance to ensure compliance and quality. All applications will be reviewed and evaluated by University IT and University Marketing and Communications. A follow-up meeting may be required to complete the application process.
