Due to recent contract changes with Microsoft, the University is introducing quotas to better manage space usage. Beginning November 4th, the University will apply a new 25 GB storage quota for all Microsoft OneDrive accounts.

Most users are within the new limit and won’t be affected. Those exceeding it will get an email alert and tips on reducing their OneDrive storage before the quota takes effect.

If you exceed these limits, you will receive a warning message like the one below and need to delete some of your files or move them to another location.

If you do not act, you will be unable to add or edit any files in OneDrive until it is below the threshold.
