On Tuesday May 21st at 7:30 PM University IT engineers will be performing a database maintenance for the T-Metrics services. At this time T-Metrics call flows will be offline. Critical services that use T-Metrics call trees will be sent directly to the alternative answer points during the maintenance. This work is expected to be completed by midnight.
