Thompson Health PBX outage resolved. All services have been returned to normal operating condition. Engineering will continue to monitor.

We continue to work with FFT and one local facility directly connected to the hospital on phone service issues. The main Hospital and other local affiliates continue to function as designed.

This issue has been downgraded to a Priority 4 IT Alert.

Services and system structure is performing as designed at Thompson Health. The outage was the result of a lightning strike to the building. Engineers and vendor partners continue to troubleshoot to verify that circuits and cards are in proper working order.
