As an interim measure, the Duo Help Desk Tool has been restored to the previous environment while a long term solution is being investigated. When the long term solution is identified, the appropriate testing and communication will be done.

Due to the Unbuntu/PHP upgrade, the custom Duo Help Desk tool is not functional. Trouble-shooting is underway. Each Help Desk has been notified to create tickets for the IdM Team and to reach out to oncall for urgent issues.
