Update #3
4/15/2025 at 11:24am
During the Exchange Server setup, a new service connection point (SCP) is created in Active Directory (AD). An Outlook client will accidentally discover the unconfigured SCP. It will try to connect to the new Exchange Server instead of the Autodiscover FQDN. Because of that, a certificate warning shows up in Outlook. Once the upgrade completed and the SCPs were populated, this resolved the certificate warning.

Update #1

We have received reports that users are receiving a security alert describing an issue with a security certificate. If this is received, you can click “Yes” to proceed based on the addition of a new server the Exchange Team installed.
University IT Engineers are troubleshooting the issue.
