Vendor continues to work on remediation of Transcript appearing blank in preview PDF. Vendor has confirmed that it is a result of recent browser updates. Users who have not accepted the latest updates from Chrome and FireFox do see the data in preview. All users with access to official transcripts are able to download them with data present.

University IT has identified a work around to allow Official transcripts to be viewed with data by downloading the PDF even if it initially appears to be blank. The vendor is still working on the display issue in the UI. This issue is not impacting transcripts sent to the National Student Clearing house to process Student originated transcript requests.

UR Student is currently experiencing an issue where official transcripts are being generated as blank pdfs. The vendor is aware of the issue and investigating. Other BIRT based reports appear to be unaffected.
