Workday has posted an update that the connectivity issues have been resolved after monitoring for several hours.

Workday has acknowledged instability in their data center and is working to remediate the issue. UR Financials, UR Student, UR Procurement, and MyHR are currently available. University IT Support Teams are monitoring the situation in the event of further service interruptions.
