The vendor was able to get the fiber repair completed and engineers have confirmed that traffic is flowing as expected. Engineers will continue to monitor.

The vendor has located a fiber break and is dispatching repair crew to restore the connection.

Engineers are seeing that one of our ISP connections is down on our internet routers. All traffic will be routing over other internet connections. Engineers are engaging the vendor and will be continue to monitor.
