Engineers identified the issue to be an optical card failure at Clinton Crossings. This failed hardware was replaced. All services are functioning as designed. University Engineers will continue to monitor.

This issue has been escalated to a Sev 2. Issues are being reported with NYSERNet, one of the university’s internet carriers. Currently there are no impact to university services. University engineers are investigating.
