University IT has resolved the issue causing the Time Clock Service to not consistently pass swipes to HRMS. University Engineers will continue to monitor the environment closely.

We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with the Time Clock Service (Kronos) where swipes are not being sent to HRMS automatically. This is not impacting all swipes and engineers are ensuring all swipes do make it to HRMS. The vendor has been engaged to assist troubleshooting.
