Based on feedback from across the University, Zoom alternative hosts and co-hosts can now download the Zoom AI Meeting Summary.

Previously, only the meeting host could access the meeting summary, which caused issues when the host could not attend. Now, a meeting organizer can specify an alternative host who will participate in the meeting and then be able to retrieve and review the Zoom AI Meeting Summary. The alternative host downloading the meeting summary is responsible for reviewing the summary for confidential information and accuracy, removing any high-risk data, and gaining the meeting hosts’ approval before disseminating the summary to any meeting attendees or non-attendees.
