The University uses Duo for Two-Factor Authentication to better protect University data, especially from situations where University accounts are used fraudulently to gain remote access to private or sensitive information.
Please note: If you joined the University after January 2019, you were required to enroll a device as part of the University Account Initialization process. This process enrolled your device for all your University Accounts.

Enroll in Duo from a University or Medical Center Network
Choose from the following Duo options and enroll using either your University NetID, University Active Directory (AD) or URMC Active Directory credentials to access University or URMC systems.
Enroll in Duo from outside a University or Medical Center Network
When you are not connected to a University managed network (referred to as “off-network”) please contact the University IT Help Desk or the ISD Help Desk (contact information in sidebar) for assistance.
